Amazing coffee, and banana cream pie! The people here were extremely friendly and welcoming!

Just stayed in Idaho Falls for the night and needed a coffee in my hand ASAP. The pictures on Yelp looked super cute so we decided to try it out. I was lucky enough to be getting out of the car at the same time Lupe the dog was coming around the corner so we got to pet her. Such a sweet dog! My americano was perfect. The gal who made my drink (owner, maybe?) clearly knows how to work the espresso machine! She was VERY kind and personable, and her customer service really was the cherry on top. And of course, my breakfast toast was delightful. You can't go wrong with Nutella and bananas! That bread was delicious too, very soft but a thick slice to hold all the goodies. She's got some really cute Salvadorian items for sale, along with pottery and some logo'd travel mugs as well. A great experience and would recommend to all, locals and visitors alike. read more

I came rather hastily from our vacation in Jackson, WY to get some work done on my car (Idaho Falls was the nearest place with the parts required). I needed a place to set up camp for the day, and Jenny was incredibly hospitable. As a total unashamed coffee snob, I was pleasantly surprised to find a high-quality, farm-traceable, women-owned, single-origin coffee shop in a place a bit off the beaten path. What a treasure! I've been to nearly every coffee shop in LA. I've been to CoffeeCon two years in a row. Chapolera Coffee deserves a seat at the table of the best coffee roasters in the US. Hands-down. I started with the Finca La María, which delivered a wonderfully smooth and robust flavor. Everything you'd expect from a single-origin Colombian coffee, but roasted to perfection. Fantastically balanced, nutty caramel, sweet honey, and mild fruity acidity to bring a bit of brightness. A truly wonderful cup. I'm not sure when I'll ever be back out this way, but if I am, I can assure you I'm coming straight here first. TL;DR, this cup of coffee was worth every minute of the 2hr drive. Cheers! read more

On my trip I have gone to two coffee shops every day for a week all over Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Utah... and this was by far my favorite coffee shop of the week. Super good coffee from a farm in Colombia and the workers are from there as well. Employees are the nicest people and they have a nice dog that greets you as well when you come! 10/10 They have fresh baked treats also that you have to try. HOLY SMOKES I FEEL SO ALIVE AFTER THIS COFFEE. I think my life is now complete. The dog, the coffee, the customer service, the atmosphere, and my tastebuds are dancing to Tiny Dancer by Elton John it is that good. If you are in a 100 mile radius drive there now. If you aren't then get a plane ticket to try this coffee before this beautiful world comes to an end. If u had one last day on earth what would you do? Recommended by a friend so I stopped by to try it out last week. Not only was the coffee (expresso roast I believe) very good, but I tried out the zucchini bread as well. Whomever their baker is, they know what they are doing. Stopped by again a couple of days later for more coffee and another pastry. Again very impressed with the flavor of both. It's kind of hard to get to with the construction on 1st Street, but worth the effort. read more

Super sweet spot! Great caffeine (I had a triple traditional macchiato) **not officially on the menu, but they made it happen, and they have fun toasts! The Ciao was recommended and it did not disappoint. Their toasts offer a wide range of ingredients, which are then complemented with artisanal jams and/or cheeses by Butcher's Bunches cheeses and Preserves out of Logan Utah: YUM. What a wonderful post Yellowstone National Park coffee stop in Idaho Falls on the drive back to Utah! You'll be greeted at the door by Lupe the Bassett hound, and inside is a cafe beautifully decorated that it won an award for its ambiance. The latte was so good as is that it didn't need any of the customary sugar that I use to sweeten my coffee. The latte was a perfect complement to a delicious slice of warmed banana bread and guava bread pudding. Queso fresco drizzled on top of the bread pudding made the bite delightfully salty-sweet. A perfect spot to get coffee before hitting I-15! read more

What a find! Just passing through but were attracted by the unique toasts available. Off the highway about a mile near the Mormon Temple. Jenny has a way with toasts, scones, and too much to list here. And the single source Columbian coffee is to die for. If we had one in LA, the line would be out the door. On a road trip from Salmon Idaho to San Diego and had absolutely no hope of finding real coffee. Nearly succumbing to a nasty cup at the first mate of coffee shops, we dutifully searched the yelp database and followed our phone to this amazing place. Im not sure if it really exists or if I dreamed it, but after a few minutes off the main streets of IF we arrived to Jenny's warm smile and a wonderful cappuccino. About and hour after arriving, two cappuccinos each, amazing Colombian arapas, a huckleberry scone, two bags of Finca Laderas Del Tapia espresso roast, and wonderful conversation about coffee, farming, colombia and giving back...we were actually more ready for a nap instead of a 16 hour trip to San Diego, but alas we had to leave.
