I wasn't impressed by their coffee, and I was especially unimpressed by their coconut matcha. It's fortunate I've had better experiences with coconut matchas elsewhere, because if this were my first impression, I would have sworn off it! The orange syrup was far too zesty, and the coconut water they chose was terrible. Decent pastry offerings. Huckleberry donut was oddly dense, not very flavorful, and topped with thick icing. Stopped here while in Jackson. Nice looking interior with 2 floors for seating. Many options for breakfast/lunch. We ordered the tuna melt, white bean and sausage soup, breakfast burrito and crispy chicken sandwich. We also ordered 3 batch brew and a latte. Latte came out as expected but we had to ask for our batch brews. Seems they forgot about those. Cream containers upstairs and down were all out and trying to get a hold of someone was difficult. A bit disappointing for a coffee spot. Coffee was ok. Meal was good. I had the white bean and sausage soup. It was packed with potatoes, beans and sausage. A very hearty soup with some nicely toasted sourdough. Wife had the tuna melt and it was very good. Burrito and crispy chicken were good. Really wanted to love this cafe. The vibe is great and so are their latte options. We enjoyed the honey and flowers latte along with the strawberry cream donut (the filling was a little too sweet for my taste). You're also spoilt for choice by their fab pastry selection! It's the food where it sorta was meh. I got the Filipino breakfast bowl and my husband ordered the breakfast bowl. We were very excited to try these out because of some interesting ingredients and combinations but both were kinda underwhelming. The rice in the Filipino bowl was cold and hard and the only flavor in the bowl was the pickled papaya but they gave such a small portion of it that I had to request for more. The breakfast bowl had all the right ingredients but it didn't really come together. Overall, these bowls were expensive and the flavors didn't match up. Right in the heart of The Square. We've just arrived to Jackson and found this place for brunch. It was very busy at 1:30pm. Latte with a little weak. Only tasted milk but the matcha latte was better. The menu offered lots of great sandwich options. We had the OG bison sauage and egg sandwich was delicious. The sauce really complimented the bison sauage. Both the wagu and fried chicken were delicious also. Moist wagu sandwich and crispy chicken sandwich. They also have a big selection of bake goods. We had the weekly special strawberry cream. My son was happy with it. The seating situation is a bit chaotic. You order on the counter and get a number and something bring you the food. I frequent SRRC fairly often and generally, I am impressed with the offerings on the menu. I went in, not really sure what I wanted and was intrigued by the dark skies latte. In my opinion me it was not all that. I cannot really describe the flavor, but I was expecting more depth or more layers especially with the "sesame" that I'm used to adding some nuttiness or subtle sweetness. Very bright and airy location downtown Jackson, WY. It has some fun aesthetics with western paintings and a nice coffee bean bar. There are some bench seating with tables, and stools. SRRC has two floors and an outdoor patio- where I believe you can bring dogs just not inside. I wasn't able to get a pastry but they looked delicious-I will next time- and have a variety of coffee and tea based drinks. I wanted something more refreshing so I got one of the specials-- an iced Yuzu Matcha. I believe is the n/a version on the one on the cocktail menu. The sparking yuzu brings a brightness to the matcha and it isn't cream based like a lot of the other menu items which was a plus for me today. This was our quick morning stop as we headed on the road for an 8 hour drive to the Black Hills (half way point to home). Upon arrival, the restaurant was hustling with early risers for breakfast and good coffee. The line moved fast with quick counter service. Make sure you take time to look over the menu before you get in line, it moves fast and decisions need to be ready to keep their efficiency. We ordered a bison sandwich, a box of fresh pastries (three young boys), a drip brew, and a honey and flowers latte! All were fresh and excellent. Although we didn't stay and grabbed to go, parking was not great, street only. My husband circled the block. I absolutely loved my visit to Snake River Roasting Co.! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the bright, open space with such a cozy yet modern vibe. The design of the merch is so cute. I'm definitely going to grab some next time I'm there! The space itself is welcoming and feels like the perfect spot to relax, but they do ask that you be mindful of other guests, so they request you only stay about an hour, which is totally fair given how popular it gets. Also, I loved how they ask you to leave your dishes for them to bus. I tried a cappuccino, it was great and perfectly balanced with smooth coffee flavor and just the right amount of foam. The cups are super adorable, too, which is always a fun little bonus! Next time, I'm definitely going to have to try one of their donuts; they looked so good in the display! I honestly would give this place a 3.5, but I'm rounding up to a 4 because my coffee was that good. I walked by Snake River Roasting Company several times while getting around to places downtown Jackson. On the last day of our trip, I decided to pop into Snake River Roasting Company after grabbing lunch nearby. Staff was friendly, and the the cafe was quite beautiful. It felt open and spacious with the high ceilings and 2nd story nook. Great spot to cozy up and find quiet space for work, studying, etc. You can't miss the display of donuts, and admittedly I couldn't help myself to them. I just discovered my love for huckleberry on this trip, so I had to get the huckleberry yeast donut. I also got the French cruller, which is just my favorite type of donut. I was sorely disappointed by the quality of the donuts. They both had the texture of being out for 24 hrs. Maybe they were made that morning, but I've had donuts that I bought later in the day that were comparatively softer and fluffier that the ones from Snake River Roasting Company. I couldn't finish either. On the flipside, I ordered an almond milk latte that I absolutely loved. You ever just take a sip of whatever choice of coffee drink and then smile? This was it. We recently visited Jackson and stopped in one morning for brunch. The food is healthy and tasty. Closing in on 2 years since the location opened up and have to say they have evolved and earned 5 stars. Service with a smile now... gotta love that! The first summer was hit or miss in getting a smile, hello or even a decent greeting. Love what the inside has grown too, more seating and the decor is spot on!! Coffee and grub is 5 stars. This place, is exactly what was advertised when I searched for a coffee shop. Yelp/google Navigation directions worked, street parking a block away on a busy Saturday. The door fixed fully open on a cool fall day, the smell of coffee and sounds of a coffee shop hit the senses when stepping onto the wood floor interior, and the space opens high with ceilings to the sky. White marble counters, international accents and languages, smells of perfumes, gucci bags, and mixed in the crowd is locals, and of course, me, vagabond pilot, in town a few hours. The smells are good, there is a hint of breakfast toast and coffee with fresh baked goodies. I opted for a custom sourdough egg, cheese, and avocado sandwich and a couple donuts. Don't judge, Botox will fix whatever I wreck. The staff is uniquely friendly, the three I've interacted with are centered, on top of details, produced a strikingly good quality Cortado and keep the place clean. The register line was a couple people, I was served within 2-3 minutes of stepping in, and the flow of patrons over the last 15 minutes or so has been steady, smooth, with seemingly super content customers. I'm a wanderer, so I'll check out other places, but as I drive here from the airport I passed other shops with lines out the door. Clearly this place is less discovered, or those other places are giving free gold. Why not give more or less stars?? Well, because I came to Wyoming and the statute at the airport showed me a cowboy riding a bronco with his hat waving in the wind. This coffee place lacks the smell of horse dooky, there's no spurs clattering in the background, no cows, no cowgirls (or cowboys)... so, I love this coffee shop, but I came to Hollywood Wyoming... it's a sweet place, I'll come back, and grateful for the service and expectable prices not too high, but where is Wyoming??
