It's kinda the only thing around and they know it. The folks are nice, but it's pretty much ran like a Starbucks where everyone is a "John", "Susan" or "Mike" so it feels a little cold in that sense. Probably just due to the amount of Tourons this place sees. The menu is exactly what you'd expect from a coffee joint. Cappuccino, Mocha, Latte, Tea/chai you get the drift. Nice selection of breakfast type foods ranging from the obligatory Avocado Toast and "Lox" to keep the hipster douches at bay, Biscotti cookies as well as whole bean coffee. I always come for the whole bean as even though it isn't the best roast I've ever had, I support local businesses and it's comparable in cost to larger non-local coffee. Even for the area everything is decently priced but it comes at a major cost. Time. If you're in a rush go to the drive through as it's a little quicker. Going to the actual Roastery you'll be bound to add 20+ minutes even for just a drip coffee to go. I happened to run out of coffee on a Sunday morning so I thought I'd quick run over to grab a bag. Even though it was before 8 there was already a line. I made the mistake of ordering a coffee to go, big mistake. 20+ minutes later all for a regular black coffee. I'm not a fan of the darker roasts as I think they're a tad too bitter with a slightly burnt taste (my opinion). However, the mediums and lights are decent. I'm going to continue my patronage here, but only to show love to my local homies. And because it's all we got. read more

I felt this place was elevated for being in a small town. The Matcha was a great choice. We had the breakfast bacon and egg toast, and it was so good I went back in to try the prosciutto balsamic honey toast too and it was also perfect. The seating area is a bit small but I was happy to share my space with some friendly neighbors. Erin served me on New Years Eve and she had a great disposition the whole time. Her and her co-worker delivered fast, high quality service even when the line got long. It was a great way to start off our day. read more

I have stopped in many times and love the hot breakfast sandwich with generous portions, and large breakfast menu with a variety of coffee choices as well! Good hours for early risers or not-so-early risers! Emileigh is very smiley and attentive! She greets customers with a fun, friendly glow that helps start the day positively and made me want to go back! Highly recommend! Emileigh remembers people and gets orders right every time. Awesome new cafe and coffee roastery in Victor. Great vibe with lots of natural light - perfect place for a coffee date with friends or a grab-and-go burrito or bacon sandwich on your way up to the ski hill. Love that the coffee is freshly roasted, and my personal favorite from the menu is the ricotta and jam toast! read more

They're not just hustling customers through but rather taking the time to pull a top-notch shot and displaying their latte art skills with efficiency and friendliness. I get a clean, delicious coffee every time I visit (doesn't matter if it's in a to-go cup - it's still perfect). The Gibraltar is a personal favorite. Great cafe setting with plenty of light, communal or private seating and fast wifi. Plus, the food options are all really good.
