A week…read moreago I was told it's was almost finished they were just waiting on an airbag sensor and it should be another week. yesterday I received a call saying they had to order a few more parts and its probably going to be another 4-6 weeks! I went by the shop this morning to actually put eyes on my truck and the ONLY thing they've done is tear it down! NOTHING has been done even tho I was told a week ago it was almost done and just waiting on 1 little part. it's even bn sitting on a flat the entire time!! They have "revised" the estimate a total of NINE times to the tune of over $22,000! All I can say is at this point I don't even feel safe driving the truck after they eventually complete the repairs. Be smart, take your business elsewhere and avoid this nightmare.

Toyota collision wanted to keep the vehicle for close to a month to repair it. We contacted Gerber and had them take a look at the vehicle and they gave us a turn around time of a couple of days! We dropped it off on a Wednesday evening and it was ready for pick up looking good as new Friday before close! Part of the quote included replacing a part of trim that had the possibility of breaking when they removed it to get to the part needing repair. In the end the part didn't break when they removed it so they saved us that part of the fee. It was nice to have that presented from the get go though! Great experience from start to finish and will be back for any future needs!

They beat their own estimate and got my car back to me a lot quicker than I had anticipated. When we ran into a minor snafu during pick up, they helped me out with a loaner since I'd just turned in my rental. My car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. Working with the insurance provider I was warned going with a shop that was not one of their preferred vendors could leave me open to covering the costs of the damage, but I would not trust repairing my vehicle with anyone else but Trident. They were prompt to get my vehicle in quickly, amongst the many other clients they serve, and diagnose not only the visible damage to my vehicle but also the less obvious but equally critical parts. They also handle correspondence back and forth with insurance and are properly able to work with insurance to cover all the damage when the initial estimate wouldn't even cover half of it. Erin and her team are always quick to provide me updates on what is going on with the car now, tomorrow and how soon it can be back on the road. I took it to Unique and the guy opened the hood took a look at the place where the bumper is connected to the rest of the car, went to the back of the shop came back with several pieces of hardware inserted them into the bumper.
