We ended up in a severe hail storm while traveling back from Siloam Springs, AR one weekend. Our car was only a month old and hail damaged it pretty badly. Steven met with me to survey the damage and advised that they may be able to retain a 90% recovery on the repair. When I returned I couldn't find the missing 10%! While parked at WholeFoods, my car got a major door ding. Person didn't leave a note or anything. :(. Got quoted $1700 at the body shop. :( Found Dent Terminator on Yelp. Had good reviews so texted them pictures and they responded with an estimate and we made an appointment for the next Tuesday morning. The two brothers I met Logan and Steve were so down to earth and genuinely nice and friendly. They got me set up right away and even gave me a ride to a library nearby so I could do remote work while I waited. In the afternoon they gave me a text saying it was done and picked me up from the library. The dents were 100% gone! The only way you could tell there was damage was some touch up paint because the dings were so deep it chipped the paint. They were upfront about this before they started and I went in knowing they don't do paint damage. Total came out to less than 1/5th of the body shop estimate! I was 100% satisfied. Brand new car, I mean less than 100 miles new car, and I get a door ding, right on a body crease on the passenger door. Black paint so the dent really stood out even for being a minor door ding. I found a BIG DENT on my Mercedes right front fender. Don't know how it happened, It was just there... My heart sunk and my butthole puckered...I was thinking of going to a body shop. I stopped by Dent Terminator to get advice on a bad door ding in a difficult spot (near the hem of the door) and got straight answers from a very nice employee named Derek. He knew he would not be able to make the door look like new but could improve it. I chose to go with his $65 fix instead of a $600 estimate for "perfect" given by a body shop. I had a couple of big dings on the side of my truck, I called & talked to Derek, he told me to stop by. When I got there Derek looked at both dents & told me he could repair the one on the door but wasn't sure about the one on the rear fender because of the brace underneath. He fixed the door perfectly & worked on the fender but his tool couldn't get to that area. He only charged me $50 for the door repair. There is also damage to my other fender that was into the paint so Derek recommended a friend of his who does paint & body work. I talked to his friend who gave me a great quote to repair my fender & repaint it. Derek's parents came in while I was here, this is a family owned business.
