Thank Shann Martin for fixed my dented of the front bumper, and polished my right of the rear door! This body shop is nearby my gym where I go! I recommend that you can afford it if your vehicle needs some parts for replacing or fixing it dented on anywhere. A couple weeks back, I visited into Collision Works (CW), and I asked the staff if there'd estimating what they suggested. They said $500-700 around for the rear door and fixed a dented front bumper. My gut said that was what they are trying to rip me off. I didn't buy it from them, then I left. I kept looking for a trusted person; however, yesterday, the lady from Facebook (Darlene) commented on my post, and she referred me to check this place about what they can give me some estimated. Today I take my car there which at the site, and the guy was taking my car for fixing a dented bumper. I asked him how to do that, then he said it was magical to easy adjusting it like ten minutes. I wondered if I can bring my car for painting color and polish on the whole of the car when I will get a new vehicle. He replies, "YES! YOU ALWAYS ARE WELCOME!) We had to have some work done as my wife's car was hit in a parking lot. The folks at Karoll Martin in every aspect of getting this done were excellent to work with. It took a few more days than expected as there was some additional damage that was found and had to be repaired. There was a fairly simple insurance issue that was no fault of Karoll Martin in any way but they handled this for me too. Unfortunately, this wasn't our first visit here but they again took great care of our needs and our car looked excellent when we picked it up. Hopefully :) we don't ever need any more body work done but if we do, this is the go to shop for us. I chose to bring my car to Karoll Martin based on the yelp reviews I found while comparing autobody shops and am so glad I did. I had a paint chip last winter and took my car in for an estimate in early March. I shopped around here in Tulsa and got several almost identical price quotes, but didn't bring my car in to get fixed until last week, in November. They honored the original quote - even though the paint chip had largely grown - and the final price came in UNDER the quoted price. They went vastly above and beyond fixing the hood paint chips and waxed my entire car, detailed the interiors and cleaned all the carpets. It's basically a brand new car! I was beaming all day at how great it looks and am so glad I chose Karoll Martin for this repair. Will be recommending them to anyone who asks! read more

This is an awesome paint and body shop! I took my 2010 Ford mustang in to have some touch up body work done. I was only expecting a estimate. They took my car back the same day and fix the spots on car. They didn't even charge me to do it at all. I had taken it to other paint and body shops and they gave a estimate of 900 to 1800 to fix those spots. Now you can't even tell that it happened. I took our family van that got a "hit and run" at the back to Karoll Martin paint and body today. The gentleman that attended to me (Ryan) was so graceful and very helpful! He actually took his time and gave me options of what I could do with it and good quotes. He realised I wasnt willing to spend $2500 on a new trunk. So he niciely offered to see if he could use some of his tools to knock the dent out letting me know clearly that it will not look as good as I want it to be but I tell u when he was done I couldn't have asked for anything better for what I wanted done for this vehicle. And the best part folks! he decided not to even charge me a dime for it!! It didnt take up to 30mins he was done. Now if u are wondering what's the catch, here it is Its called the favor and blessing of the Lord! They didnt have to do what they did, the work was worth charging me at least for his labor and it was good work! Horrible work. Replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced and bragged about it. Did work that was never authorized. zero communication told me the insurance company told them they could only work on my truck 20 hours a week. Installed a broken part or broke it while installing it left it until it was pointed out. Did not align body panels correctly when asked for them to repair it they tried and said well that's the best we can do.$14,000 worth of work paint started peeling off first time it was washed. I had a great experience here a couple of days ago. I took my company van in for an estimate to have the front bumper replaced, which had been damaged in a hit and run. They actually pushed the dent out, touched it up and also reattached the plastic trim that had come loose. The estimate was very reasonable and the repair will get me by until I get the replacement. I had previously used Karoll Martin years ago and didn't have a single problem. Something has evidently changed between then and now. The quality looks to be good and I have no problem with that, but the customer service has a lot to be desired. After not hearing anything on my car for a week, I called. A message was taken and I was told Shawn would return my call. No return. Called again the next day. Same thing. Called the next business day. Again, the same thing. Finally on my 4th phone call, I called and asked to speak with the manager or owner. Shawn then came to the phone. I was made to feel like I was in the wrong and should not be calling. A week passed and I called once again just to see what was being done and when I would be getting my car back. This phone call did not go well either. I finally received my car back 3-4 weeks after I brought it in (the bumper needed to be replaced). They were also paid by the insurance company to detail the car out as coffee had gone everywhere when it was hit. When I picked it up, the coffee stains on the fabric seats did not look like they had been touched. Karoll Martin assured me that they had tried and to let them know when I wanted to bring it back and have more time to wait for it and they would try again. Instead I brought it to a detail shop. Within 10 minutes all stains were gone. I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone. read more
