I reached out a little over a month before surgery and asked about the timelines because I was getting nervous about quitting and had just picked up my meds to quite. The response I received is attached to the review. Never once did I mention not having the surgery but they immediately went to how I was now having to pay $4000 to book. Disgusting, fraudulent and unprofessional to say the least. Nobody in their right mind would allow someone to perform surgery on their face after being treated like this. Be aware.
