As soon as I found out I was pregnant with my youngest son, I immediately contacted her to get on the waiting list. It was definitely worth the wait and she's absolutely amazing with him. I will scream from the mountain tops about her praises. She goes above and beyond what the state requires for certification. My children actually learn and are not just "babysat" or played with. There is a curriculum and even homework!This was definitely her calling and I'm so thankful that she followed it.

In the past, at previous daycares, he would literally cry every day as I was dropping him off. But NOPE, not here! He is literally excited every morning and so eager to enter Kidds Palace's doors & be greeted by the most pleasant staff, especially Ms. Alicia. My son adores her! My son came home on two occasions with broken skin that looked like nail marks that were bleeding. I addressed this with the center director as I am mandated to do by DCFS and nothing was done to address this by KinderCare- in fact the Director of learning told me I made it up because my son was a behavioral challenge and "to do what I needed to do" because they are a private company and they have the right to refuse service to my foster children. As a mom I want to warn everyone abt the leadership at Kindercare matteson they make it impossible for the teachers to keep your children safe and they are disrespectful and unprofessional to working parents that want to protect their kids.

I do know that there are children out there not being reared right by parent's and no on can correct that, only seeing the child 40 hours a week. My child has florist at Children 2 languages. My child can read and has been since she was 4 years old with her great teachers, half the parents I know in public school can't say the same In kindergarten. Over the years of my child in their capable hands knows advance mathematics on a level up. In addition to learning 2 languages Spanish and French being able to hold a conversation with introduction a new experience.
