I was also told they would not perform a routine cleaning unless I agreed to pay for a full set of X-rays. I explained that I had recently had X-rays done and that my insurance would not cover another set, but they still refused to proceed with the cleaning. This felt unnecessary and inflexible. More troubling, after reviewing my records and insurance statements, I found charges and submitted claims for services that I did not receive. I have documentation to support my concerns and have raised them directly. I strongly recommend that anyone visiting this office carefully review their billing statements, treatment plans, and insurance claims, and ask detailed questions before agreeing to services.
