The waiting area was packed in December so not enough chairs. I was told my session would be 20 minutes but it was only 5 minutes. The photographer would take 2 pictures and say ok next. After my session all the customers had to wait up to 30 minutes to see the photos because the people working there are so busy. The photographer shouldn't also be the computer operator. The flash was too strong and made my dress a different color. My face isn't sharp in focus, they use some soft filter. I was told my pictures would be emailed in 24 hours but 5 days later still hadn't received it. I've called the store many times but they never answer the phone.

Our story begins with me and my wife meeting at the gym in a cycle studio for the first time years ago. The gym is our most sacret place for both of us. So we agreed to discuss our ideas to Serge.
