Charles' office was good at first but it started to show real bad customer service over the years. Not only that they would lie to LOYAL customers (not going to go into detials). Now they are all about making money instead of making the customers happy. The employees has changed so many times that they just keep hiring rude, unknowledgeable and inexperienced people. I already moved on to another State Farm office and they treat us a lot better. Well, I guess that's what happens when a owner focuses on being number one when the customers should of been his first priority. Truly disappointed in this agency, almost 10 years with them, no accidents, no claims. Weren't willing to to match my progressive quote for my brand new vehicle. Same exact coverage and they wanted to charge me 70$ more. I would never recommend this agency to anyone. read more

She pointed out that they have roadside coverage for a really low price, but what sold me was the fact that they work with great local roadside assistance company's and I'm a firm believer in using local businesses.
