Imperial gave us a very reasonable quote on 6 replacement windows and 2 patio doors. We chose them for the job and Ken G came out for the 2nd measurement. The windows arrived within the time frame we were given and John U called to schedule the install. They said it would take 2 days, but if it wasn't for a couple glitches they probably could have completed it in 1 day. The team doing the install were very professional and also cleaned up very well at the end of both days. Afterwards we noticed some screw caps missing from 1 window. I contacted John about it and he sent someone out the next day to correct it. All in all, it was a great experience and well worth it. Purchased a house that had a broken upstairs window. After making a few calls to window companies, Imperial was the first to call back. We got an appointment within 48 hours of speaking with Ken. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and you can tell they value their customers. I had 2 other window companies give me a bid, and those companies didn't think that they could even make a window that size. During Ken and John's visit, they called the factory to make sure, and they delivered. Our windows arrived much sooner than anticipated, and their installers did a phenomenal job. We have some very large windows in our house, and also being a two-story, it was a difficult job. The installers were very professional and polite. They did a great job, and even explained the scope of work. Their windows were by-far the most energy efficient, and the largest window needed to be triple pane, with extra support, and you could see that they use the thick glass, and build windows designed for the Arizona heat. They are made here, and it's obvious that the build a high quality and very efficient window. Imperial exceeded all of my expectations, and when they were finished, vacuumed up and debris and left my house clean. After about 45 days with the new windows, our electric bill has dropped substantially and our AC isn't running nonstop. Had new Sunscrens installed today. After several quotes, Imperial was the best choice based on product, cost, and process. When they came to provide a free estimate, they measured like the job was theirs, very exact. No one had to come back to remeasure. Product- great quality, and the "stand off" (not sure exactly what they are called), are great. These frames and material are further away from your glass than normal screens, therefore not as much heat is transferred to the glass. Very nice. The Install- These guys showed up when they said they would and started work. The two man team did the whole house in about two hours. They made an otherwise ugly door look good again and even took my old screens with them. At the end, I'm very satisfied. They provided the SRP rebate paperwork and I filled it in while they worked. I had 2 large sliding glass doors and 5 windows to be replaced. I called several companies to get quotes and Imperial gave me the best quote. We did have to wait three months to get our doors and windows but that seems average wait times because of Covid. They just got installed this week and look amazing. It was well worth the wait. We had a couple of misunderstanding with frosting on the bathroom windows and exterior locks on the sliding glass doors but they have been very responsive in getting those rectified. We just completed our window and door project with Imperial windows this week and it was a fantastic experience all around. Ken was very knowledgeable and responded very quickly to my request for an estimate. He also responded quickly when we asked for a few adjustments to the original quote. He recommended the Anlin Catalina series windows and the Malibu series doors. We replaced 17 windows and 2 sliding doors. We chose Imperial based on Ken's excellent customer service and the quality of the Anlin product. We also liked the double lifetime warranty and full coverage for glass breakage. Their window/door price was the lowest of the 3 quotes we received. We had the windows installed 9 weeks after we signed the proposal and it took 3 full days. We also ordered Norman blinds (combo of honeycomb and wood blinds) from them which they installed after the windows and doors. We had a few minor glitches with the blinds but Kyle handled the issues right away. He went out of his way to make sure everything was 100% perfect for us. John (owner) handled the scheduling and followed up the night before the install asking if we had any questions, etc. Nathan and Gavin did a great job with the installation. They were very personable and very efficient with the install. They also did a great job cleaning up every day to minimize the disruption during the project. I do my own sunscreens - but not arched windows. Our renter wanted one on a high arched window with southern exposure 6' long and 1.5' high. Ace Hardware and quoted $60 - but the lady seemed confused about price so that may be incorrect. And she said the company they contract with actually cuts slits into the border to make the arched border. I would have to do precise measurements, order and install. I contacted Imperial and they indicated they had the machine to bend the border, and that the price was $90. And for $35 they would first come out to measure, and then a day or two later come back to install. Not a bad price for two trips and a quality product that is guaranteed to fit ... and last a long time. read more

I scheduled 3 companies for new windows installation. One representative of a company had a great presentation, but after doing my homework, I realized he was a little deceiving on the information provided. The other representative didn't get our proposal until 2 weeks later. She forgot. Ken from Imperial Windows came over and gave us a proposal to replace 1 sliding door and 6 windows. He was very knowledgably and gave us the proposal as promised the next day. We didn't feel that he was pushy or deceiving. He was very upfront. The proposal did not have any hiding cost and it was what it was. The price was very competitive to other estimates. Once the windows arrived, John the owner called me and worked around my schedule for installation. John the installer (there are two Johns) came over with the crew and they did a very good job. They made the job look very easy, and that's when I know they know what they are doing. We did have two small delays: 1- A window was mistakenly measured, so they had to reorder it and come back to install it. We are human and I understand. 2- A bathroom window was correctly measured, but it needed a little creativity to avoid the water from standing in between the window sill and the tile. This is an older home. Outstanding response: 1 - Within a week or so, owner John called me and informed me the new window arrived and once again he worked around my schedule to complete the job. Of course, they was no extra fee. 2 - John the installer was very creative with the bathroom window. He did an amazing job! Very creative! My opinion about Imperial Windows: Upfront and honest. Competitive pricing. We got exactly what was proposed. The job was so well done they made it look easy. The crew cleaned up after the work was done. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. We called a number of companies to get quotes for new sunscreens (at least 7 different companies). This company won our business for a number of reasons: price, knowledge, product and speed. Unlike other companies that have a team of sales reps answering every call, when you call Imperial you will most likely need to leave a voicemail and wait a day or two for a call back. It's worth the wait. Be patient. When you do get a call back to schedule a quote you will be given an appointment time, not a window of time. I had a quote scheduled for 10:00am and that is the EXACT time my doorbell rang. Literally 10:00am on the dot. That never happens. Ever. Bob Nelson is the installation manager that gave me the quote and did the installation. Bob was very knowledgable. I asked him about proper care, average life of screens, energy savings, SRP rebate program and many other questions. He was able to confidently answer every question, whereas previous companies could not. He also gave me the quote on the spot. The quote was $450.00 cheaper than other quotes I received. Bob also let me keep the booklet of screen swatches so I could show my husband. The other companies only let me take pictures. It is now 2 weeks later and the new screens have been installed. I could not be happier! House is 21 years old in Cooper Commons. Had 3 companies come out and give me a quote along with installation date. Andersen and Co quoted 16,000 dollars for 5 windows.. (install..8 weeks to make the windows 3 weeks to ship and we can make the appointment for the install and that depends how busy we are) as impressive some of the features in their windows I could not justify that price for a "not forever home" or even for that!!! honestly!!! They were going to break the water barrier on the window that gets the most sun. It has been so warm in there we thought that its the ac not balanced maybe...?? we had r2d2 a put water in my butt and i will cool you down fan in there.. Ice every night. Window world gave me a price after the coupon that was more then the coupon (that is everywhere on tv and junk mail) by $450 dollars and estimated install 12-15 weeks. Imperial windows sent out Kyle gave me a quote that was 1/4 of Andersen and $350 less the window world with the coupon. (I paid 4200 with changing a non opening windows to be able to open.. the room I mentioned above is the same temp as the living room... first time in 5 years! windows were installed 2 months on the day after I ordered them and I can not say enough good things about the company. professional, fast, reliable. My electric co still had the saving on it so i got the 1500 from the electric company back for the the energy saving windows and got another 1500 off my taxes so 1200 for all that!!! I will order my next windows in November that way i can take advantage of the tax at least since my electric co. does not have the savings anymore. if you have windows facing the sun like i had... get Imperial windows! Yeah it has a blue sheen... but it does a fantastic job. just like the company!! From the beginning to the end . This is how things should wok!! Fantastic company!!!! Now cross your fingers because my AC that went out Friday.. JJ fire and ice is the company you should stay away if you have insurance. If your out of pocket they might be nicer to you.
