I have had many patients tell me personally that Dr. Mathews has done for them what no other doctor has been able to do for them. This is because she is "old school" she actually uses charts. We are a paper office and she takes the charts home. She researches while putting symptoms, complaints etc. together like a puzzle. All of this is possible due to the support of her staff! He doesn't take credit cards, only cash or check. He took vital signs himself. As a nurse myself, I can assure you that this is a rare find. Really. He actually took the time to talk AND listen to me, gave me some samples of medication, and ordered a MRI. I really did get the impression that he cared about the outcome, not that I was just another insurance claim for him to file.
