* Left several cats inside, resulting in cat feces and litter throughout the house.
* Vandalized the bathroom by dumping sanitary napkins and women's condoms into the toilet.
* Required repair and cleanup of property damages - See invoice and photos about 41.
* Abandoned personal household items, very large items (Mattress, furniture, chairs, table, shoes, large cabinet, large cat house, and heavy car door).

Besides the due rent, I am claiming an additional $18,000 from the above tenants. I am also claiming ownership of their newly purchased house, as they purchased it with my rent money. Total claim $47,900+ Legal fees.
