The providers are genuine and explain every step of your treatment in terms any non-medical professional can understand. Before I started treatment with Brigham Orthodontics, my inflamed TMJ was hindering my quality of life. It was difficult for me to open my mouth, painful to chew food, and my face was visibly swollen from inflammation. I had been told by other providers I would most likely need surgery followed by traditional braces. In my initial consult with Dr. Brigham, he told me that he was 98% sure he could alleviate my TMJ symptoms and straighten my teeth with just Invisalign - no surgery, no traditional braces, and he was RIGHT! Dr B also believes that orthodontics shouldn't be classified as a medical luxury and every person deserves treatment; his office worked with me, my insurance, and set me up on a payment plan that I could afford. They checked my bite and explained that I'm currently at about 85% correction. They recommended either wearing a nighttime retainer to prevent any further movement or Invisalign to get me back to 100%. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me either way. The office staff also ran my insurance, provided an estimate, and followed up with me about pricing. Nancy at the front office was incredibly polite and even remembered me from years ago! Then made 7 more & the middle bottom teeth now were crooked. I told the woman who took the photos & brought in a written suggestion from my 2nd dentist & he came in extremely mad & threatened me yelling to leave within 60 seconds he was calling the police & repeated it. Locked one of the doors. I am a 70 year old 5' senior & was frighting by this man. Now I do not even have the permanent retainer.
