I kind of fell through the cracks with one of the other facilities that is taking care of me and these people called them got everything on track and just absolutely wonderful . finding it was a little bit difficult for me but I think it's just because it's me and I get lost in business complexes but for the most part it is easy to find. I had a raging mysterious bacterial infection and newly diagnosed with diabetes. When I went into the ER my blood sugar was coma level at 340 and they told me I was 6 hours from DEATH. However, the office staff needs more training. The checkout person who I encountered violated their Code of Conduct rule. She was very rude & said to me, "If u don't complete the paperwork, we won't schedule any more appointments for you." It was shocking to be threatened so boldly. Previously, I completed their forms, but they repeatedly tell me it's not complete. I've told the office staff their repeated forms requirement is redundant. A patient shouldn't be expected to repeatedly complete the numerous forms. The office employee who threatened me should be disciplined. I would like a call from management to discuss this problem.
