I've worked in a real estate company before as an admin and have seen/heard first hand the nice and ugly sides of realtors and the lies and how deceitful some can be just to sell a house to make a quick buck. Please don't get me wrong, not all realtors are like that. As a matter of fact, we've worked with out realtor for 5 years and love him. Apparently, we "outbid" two other offers. Once we overcame that hurdle, everything was dandy and house inspection was scheduled. The day came and the wonderful inspector walked us through everything. He shared with us some concerns he had and was straight forward. Denise was there during this process. Funny thing was, SHE was getting defensive at everything the inspector was saying and it's not even her house!!! Yet, she was claiming and saying that she can guarantee that the house is in great shape and never had any major problems. Anyhow, 3.5 hours later, the central AC and plumbing needs work along with some other minor problems. Denise said the sellers told her they are aware of the AC and will fix it. The seller found out how much it will cost to fix the AC and has rescinded their offer, Denise their realtor claiming she 'mis-spoke'. Mind you, 10 days have elapsed since the house inspection. We thought they were assessing the issues during this time and was so excited to sign the P&S. Wait for it... It didn't happen! Instead they called our agent at 3:30pm and said the sellers WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING and we have to have an answer by 5pm that same day whether we still want it or not. During this ordeal, we learned that she did three more showings of the house AFTER she cashed our check for escrow and the listing status was still listed as "active" after that fact! She was reported and the company she works for got fined. Just beware of this woman. Stay away from her. Very dishonest and in my opinion, SHE IS WORSE THAN A USED CAR SALESMAN! We hope this helps!!

My sister, my friend I are desperately trying to find an apartment to rent in the Bridgewater area and we found this wonderful townhouse for rent not too far from where we were looking to be. We contacted Cathy and she sent us the applications to fill out and either send to the office or email them, which is what we did. On Friday July 28th, we went to the office to drop of the application and were greeted by the rudest women I have ever encountered in my entire life. She did not once say hello, or how can I help you. Mind you, she was at least mid 30s or 40s and I am 21 with better manners. So I gave her the applications and she said she would get them to Cathy. I receive an email from Cathy stating that she would be reviewing the applications "probably sometime next week". Come today, Wednesday August 2nd and still no update so I decided to call the office. I called and talked to another agent, not even Cathy, who then tells me that the place is already rented. So I told her it would have been nice for an update instead of just leaving us hanging and all she said was "oh sorry", hence why I decided to write this review. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my entire life. Also a sidenote, if you are looking to talk directly to an agent do not go to Cathy Ferrone because I did not talk to her directly even once, everything was through a middle man.
