Our building went months without working washer/dryer and Larry's response was to "wait it out". He pays his buddies to do repair jobs around the building and pays them without even checking to see if the work has been done properly. His mason left a giant mess on the front stairs and parking lot and he refused to address it unless EVERY SINGLE UNIT OWNER contacted him individually.
