Citibank has high fees yes but I've been with them so long I'm loyal and frankly this branch doesn't set those rates. I can't see any fault with them unless of course you have a problem with banks in general. Then yes they are not exempt from borrowing money and paying us nothing in interest to invest our money - and charge us! But that's what capitalism is all about so may as well get screwed in a friendly clean place.

Kept waiting for a half hour with no explanation, dealt with two different clerks who were rude, arrogant and most importantly INCORRECT in how they handled my visit, telling me they couldn't notarize their own form. Just received a call from a central Fidelity office asking me why I hadn't had the form notarized by Fidelity... well, because your own rude incompetent staff turned me away.
