Well just like every claim here I was skewed by them. They refised to pay the claim even though I have a stated value policy. First they are say the boat had a previous repair claim in 2017 before I owened it . I asked to see that information they told me I am not privileged to see that information. I then asked why would you insure my vessel for damage to it if you known this information for 3 years ? No answer. then stated I submitted three written estimate and three written statements that there was no previous repair in that area . He (jay blond) the VP of claims that of course they would say that they work for me and just want money. questioning my integrity and morals really pissed me off. he then stated that he had an independent adjuster look at the pictures and he stated you can see a previous repair. I was shocked you can tell that under the bottom paintfrom a picture. I requested they send an ad out and he said I don't get to make that decision. I have since hired my own independent aduster and am starting the count process to sue them. I request throu a subpoena all information and detailed data. they are nothing but a Ponzi scheme. Fly by night company. If any one is intrested in a class action suite I would be more then willing to start gathering all the data and information from everyone that's been burned by this company and get justice against this company.

I would not recommend them to anyone, not even my worse enemy. One star is not even indicative of what they deserve. I will be filing a complaint with the companies they represent as well as with the Department of Insurance. Nobody deserves to be treated as I just was.
