Before I could even stop pumping and get over there, a Rainbow Floors van pulled over, helped push, gave a thumbs up to the guy and left. Driver was on a Bluetooth headset, never took it off, never said a word and wanted no recognition. It restored humanity for a moment. Until someone honked at the Rainbow van for stopping just so perfectly so any oncoming traffic wouldn't plow into the broken down car. The honker had to room to get by too. Our carpets upstairs were nasty and had been in the house since it was built. They needed replaced badly. We decided to go the hardwood route upon hearing how easy he makes the process. He gives you a time line along with names from trusted sources who will move furniture and replace it once the work is complete. He also meticulously matched the bottom floors with the new ones on the top floor. He did the closets also. If you are unsure or hesitant on what you want he will guide you. Noah, the installer was neat and tidy. He was able to keep disruption to a minimum in the central area outside the bathroom while carrying out his work. His istallation was remarkable. We we're searching for a simple modern looking carpet for our master bedroom, they had a nice…read moreselection overall but it was hard to find the right style and color (not only here, but several places we looked.) Now, several months down the road, I feel that they could have done a much better job directing me, and it is clear that the carpet we bought is simply crappy carpet. It has not held up as well (we were warned about a low pile berber carpet, but that doesn't make up for the carpet just being unfit - it should have been marked for only certain areas of the house, or not sold at all.) The installation was subpar as well, all of the edges are loosening and unraveling along the door frames and some areas around the baseboards. All in all not happy with our experience. If you want higher end carpet or flooring, they do have a nice selection, just go into it not leaning too much on their guidance.
