Avoid at all costs. We had them remove linoleum in our kitchen (at least that's what they billed and we paid for. Found out after a water loss that additional damage resulted from them not removing the linoleum and just placing the laminate flooring over it. Yet they got paid and we didn't find out until it had to be pulled up. Shady. They don't stand behind their warranty either. The flooring installation in the upstairs bathroom was installed incorrectly and they didn't clean the debris from before installing. We tried to get them to fix under warranty and they claim we need to pay for their installer to come out and if he agrees it was the installer fault they'll reimburse us. This isn't how a reputable business should operate. If you're going to hire them you better watch them the entire time or they will cut corners. Spending time in small claims court wasn't how I wanted to resolve this, but since they won't do the right thing we'll have to see if a Judge agrees with us. read more

I paid $3,000 for labor (I provided all materials). What followed was a nightmare of unprofessional conduct, defective workmanship, and complete abandonment of the project. What Went Wrong: Floor bubbled throughout, the tounges were broken during instalation- see pictures **Defective Installation:** - Company sent ONE installer to complete 2,300 sq ft in extreme heat with no air conditioning - During installation, I noticed and photographed improper cuts that would cause bubbling - TWO separate contractors on-site confirmed my concerns - The installer dismissed all warnings (I have the recorded voice message) - The floor bubbled exactly as predicted - The work was so defective I could not sell my home without hiring another company to redo it **Abandoned Project:** - After the defective installation, they promised multiple times to return and fix the issues - They never returned - I reached out repeatedly - no response - My partner reached out repeatedly - no response - I specifically contacted their estimator Wander on September 7th and 8th - for final chance to corret the problem, no response - They completely abandoned the project after taking $3,000 **Contradictory and False Claims:** - First, they claimed they couldn't return because I hadn't paid a $1,000 balance (payment was due upon completion - they never completed the work) - Then they claimed they told me to use that $1,000 to hire another company - They falsely claimed I "changed the flooring on installation day" - completely untrue and provably false with receipts and security footage - Their own estimator Wander viewed, approved, and praised the exact flooring during the initial estimate **Unprofessional Behavior:** - Demanded $1,000 payment for defective work - Threatened to place a lien on property (they have no contract with the property owner) - Made repeatedly contradictory statements in writing - Refused to take responsibility for their defective work - Blamed the customer instead of admitting their mistakes ## What I Have Documented: - Receipts and purchase records - Security camera footage - Photos of the defective installation taken during the work - Written assessments from multiple contractors - All communication records showing their abandonment - Their own contradictory statements in writing ## The Bottom Line: I paid $3,000 for completely unusable work that had to be entirely redone by another company. I cannot say enough about this company. I contacted 3 different flooring companies and this one was by far the best, the most reliable and professional out of the 3. I had a subflooring problem and the estimate included that repair. The owner came out and checked everything and drew up the estimate right then and there. Not only were they hard workers but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I am going to attach the before and after pictures. One of the most impressive things was that if they were gonna be 15 minutes late? They called UNLIKE the other contractors I had out here. One of those contractors did not show up when he said he was going to and did not answer phone calls or texts and then had the audacity to call me 2 days later and say, "I'll be there in the morning". NO you won't because I hired Goose Creek flooring. Now the repairing of the sub flooring was added into the estimate. When the job was done? It ended up being $1,000.00 less than what the estimate was!!! This is an honest company. They are 100% dependable and they keep in constant contact with you. I did not call them. I interacted with them via emails. Bruner is a wonderful guy, he is the owner. I interacted with Lucas alot. They are wonderful!! I have recommended them to a few people already.
