Lynn helped me and said she would do her absolute best to untangle the mess of beautiful necklaces that I provided to her. A couple days later I received a text and went into the store. Every tangle was gone. Necklaces were all in separate bags and received a small bill for their time, with a smile. We will certainly take our jewelry purchasing business here when the time comes. Anyways me and my girlfriends got matching permanent bracelets. We were told the ones we got were solid gold or gold filled. Which is perfect for me as I have very sensitive skin and will break out in hives if the material is not gold, gold filled, platinum, sterling silver, or surgical steel. Anyways loved the bracelet until a day later I break out in hives. And this thing is permanent (literally had to cut it off)!!! And $100.... I have attached photos of my hives and the bracelet that is the culprit. Not to mention, I was traveling from the north east so I was already home and could not go back to make a return or exchange. So I decided to go on their Instagram and message someone to help me for a refund as I just threw this bracelet in the trash. The employee online was so rude and basically told me I literally can't do anything but return it. Meanwhile, my bracelet was already in the trash. Which I told them and they said they still would need it to be returned. Gross!!! At the end of the day, they can keep my money and the bracelet will stay in the trash. What a shame. Please watch out sensitive skin girlies bc these bracelets are not the material they say they are!!!

Bait and switch Called about a runner that needed cleaning,…read moregave measurements I thought were correct, turned out it was 9 Ft x 2.5 not 12, but they quoted 50 bucks($2 a foot). I was okay paying the $50: but when I brought the runner and they filled out the paperwork and measured the runner, They then told me it was a $100 minimum. At no time on phone or when I first arrived was I told there was a minimum fee charged. It was like you are here now, and we can charge what we want, not what was quoted. I was shocked and very disappointed with the bait and switch. You need to be forthright, not underhanded like you were being. They also told me if I brought in a full size rug, they could clean my runner for the $50 at the same time. So they wanted me to pay for another rug(over $300) and the runner. Very crappy and sketchy customer service.

After going round and round with the owner, she was not Willing to work with me after one of her schedulers had quoted me a certain price. I am very disappointed in the unwillingness to keep one's word on a quote and in essence bait and switch. I do not recommend this company.
