We should've known we have problem when floor sample delivery was made. It came in a regular van with an expensive sofa hanging out from the back and not covered with anything. P.s we paid $300 for white glove delivery. Biggest issue however is with our orders. When we first placed the order for American leather sleeper we told the owner Steve that we need sleeper for middle of March move in to our new house. The sleeper is for our grandson who is planning to visit and this is his bed. No problem was the answer, american leather usually takes 3-4 weeks. Today is middle of April and for the last month we've been listening to stories that it's shipped, with no proof of tracking or location. Second order for living room tables is now delayed until May, don't believe that. When we finally insisted on speaking with the owner and tell him we can't wait any longer and not see our grandson, he told us that it is out of his control. When we told him this is not acceptable he asked us to leave the store. This is the worst furniture store ever!!!!!

To make matters worse, the planter turned out to be too small for the plant I bought it for, all because the site only listed the dimensions for the widest part of the planter, not the actual opening. When I asked about the inaccurate dimensions, their reply was basically: "That's what the manufacturer provides. Good day!" No empathy, no offer to return or refund--just complete dismissal. Simple easy purchase. While there, I noticed they also had "lat & long" pillows. Of course, unfortunately, they didn't have my town. I asked the woman if I could order one and have it shipped and her reply ABSOLUTLEY blew me away. "If you give me 15 mins, I can do it now for you". WHAT????? I was able to pick out my colors, my design, my size to complete my pillow. The women STOPPED what they were hand blocking and made me my very own hand picked custom color pillow. (I'm constantly changing decor so I went on the safe side neutral"). I cannot praise these ladies enough! Customer service above and beyond. .
