This hotel is tired and in major need of updating. Cleanliness could also use improvement. The extra duvet and its cover in the armoire appeared to be dirty or maybe it was mold. Shower gel in the shower was empty. At least the staff were friendly and our room had a nice view of the river. I'd be hesitant to stay here again.

The A/C is working great on this hot day. Overall the experience is positive. No free cocktails or free buffet breakfast like I get when staying at the Embassy suits down the street. No free coffee anywhere, so I'm a little surprised at that. For the value, I'm get more at the embassy suites. Embassy suits offers complimentary shuttle to near by restaurants, but nothing at the Courtyard. Seems like they can do more to compete.

One of the elevators was out of service for half of our stay. Our room was not cleaned or restocked during our 2 night stay. Fitness room is decent size. Don't let other reviews persuade you, breakfast is good, downtown is nearby, and if there are issues, they'll make it right.
