Unlike other places, they dried and vacuumed my car. However, I have a friend who opened a car wash closer to our home. I drive by it at least 20 times per week. This is not the case with Pal's. I assume that the costs are about the same. I always choose the cheapest price. At his car wash, the car owner dries and vacuums the car. Having said this, I understand that Pal's has changed owners. If this is true, things may have changed. I had made an appointment to have my foggy headlights covers cleaned. They were recommended to me by a trusted friend. I realized that I could not make the appointment, and as a courtesy to them, attempted to notify them that I could not make it. I phoned them, using the number supplied, only to discover it was disconnected. One of the reviewers complained that her dash "change oil" light came on two weeks after they changed the oil. This is a very common occurrence and has often happened to me. The light came on because the technician didn't re-set the code. The code re-set is easy to do and is explained in the auto manual. However, regardless of where you take your car, the technicians often forget to do so. Before leaving the bay, I make sure they change it. I believe in giving folks a chance to make me happy, often giving them more than one chance. This is especially true if the business is under new ownership or management. Plus, I want to see as many young people employed as possible. After all, they are paying my Social Security.

I text him at 9:25am to ask his ETA...no response. At 12:22 he responds "sorry I missed today". Then at 2:15pm he responds again, I'm sorry I couldn't do it. I was in a situation. Can I come next week. My entire Saturday morning wasted sitting around waiting for him to show up and he couldn't be bothered to contact me or respond at any point during the morning to tell me he couldn't make it. If this is the kind of service you are wanting or looking for then he's your man.

Not sure what is going on if under new management or what but there is a steady decline in service. Started out not supplying towels to dry off your car and wipe out the interior. This went on for a few weeks which was totally uncalled for as the towels should be part of the cleaning package the we purchased for the monthly service fee at $29.99. The light at the end of the drying cycle has not been working for a while and has since been knocked over with no repairs in site it seems. I ran my car through the car wash on Saturday 6/18/2022 and the right spinning brush inside the wash area is not working resulting in the whole right side of the car not properly washed evenly. What else is going to happen that will result in a service decline? If the decline in service continues, I will cancel my monthly car washing fee.
