The gentleman was so professional, he had to remove an EMF shield off the back of my phone to put the new protective cover on. He refused to put the cover on until all the adhesive was removed. I didn't care because it would never be seen. It was against his integrity to leave some adhesive. I so appreciate customer service that is REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you A2Z!! I will be back if and when I need my cell phone repaired. If only I had done it sooner. I highly recommend this place of business. We came in to get my daughter a new phone for her birthday. We were greeted immediately, and we're…read moreadvised that someone would be with us soon. A few minutes later, Jesus C.came to help us. He was super personable and knowledgeable about the different phones in the store. He answered all of our questions and helped us make the best selection for the best price. He also helped us transfer the data from the old phone to the new phone. We also bought a case that meet our needs. It was a very seaeless process. Also appreciated that they have their own parking lot even though they are in a shopping center. I also like they have quite a few tables and benches in the store which made the experience more enjoyable than some of the smaller stores. We will actually come here instead of going to the T-Mobile that's closer to our house because of the service and their selection.
