This business has done everything to earn my business. I took my phone to another biz on Hulen and they didn't have the part I thought needed to be replaced. They recommended I go to their Lake Worth store. They had a 4 hour wait! I get it. But I couldn't wait. So I stopped by Full Bars in Camp Bowie. The owner told me there was NOTHING wrong with my phone.... WHAT?! But I WANTED to pay $100! No matter how I tried he refused. He showed me how to charge the phone the correct way. He refused my offer to pay for the KNOWLEDGE! But still he refused. Man, I can't recommend this place enough! Next time I'm coming straight here. Whether it's my phone or my wife's phone. Wish zero stars was an option. Had a cracked phone, they repaired the screen, and it looked OK. The next day, I picked up the phone, and the screen FELL OUT. Literally, with no jarring force -- it just fell out. Of course the super-thin glass cracked when it fell. Fixed my Motorola Atrix without breaking the LCD. I would call ahead to find out if they have the parts to your phone. I bought my parts off Ebay and they installed. (Ebay seller sent wrong tools) Repair took awhile, longer than 30min but I didnt mind. (Had lunch next door at Naam Khao Thai Restaurant - Very good by the way.) I showed up about 20 min before close and I insisted that I could just wait until the following day if it was an inconvenience, but they insisted that they could get it done before 7pm. I went home, and came back and it was all done. Super stoked to have my phone back in good condition, and they were very very helpful. P.C(that's his real initial, Lol) was awsome I found this store by accident while I was visiting my spa. Macbook didn't work . He called me back within couple hours and was able to diagnose the problem which I took to the Geekguy and they charged diagnostic fee and couldn't identify the problem and lost money. I dropped and broke my Lg phone took it to a fort worth store, they kept my phone for a week and couldn't fix it. They claimed the techinician couldn't fix it because it needs "soldering" whatever that means. My Co-worker recommended me to this shop because she used them before and came highly recomment, she said most of the phone repair only fix iphone this guy is a real technician. Took my Lg to Fullbars sounds like a bar but it made sense fullbars? cellphones? and got my phone back in couple of hours. While I was waiting to pick up my phone, overheard him talking to another customer explaining what was wrong with the camera. Awsome!!! I knew my Samsung Galaxy II only needed to have the power button replace. I took it to two defferent repair shops which tried to tell me I needed a whole new motherboard. Went to Fullbars and they replaced the button in about 30 minutes, at a very reasonable price. I will recommend them to anyone who needs electronics repairs. read more

Sooo glad I found this place. The technician was so knowledgeable about computers. PC laptop had virus and Apple wouldn't touch it for data transfer to a Mac. Apple store took 24-48 hours and charged over $400. They are very giving of their time and knowledge. Phong would help you moving from a PC to a MAC. Let them do the data transfer - NOT APPLE. Apple is not versed in P.C and these guys can do both. It will be a much smoother, faster and less expensive experience. read more

I was sold a black iPhone 6 screen at a discounted price, since it didn't match the color scheme of my iPhone. 3 days later a mysterious blue line showed up on my phone screen. He later refused to diagnose the blue line. I was out of town so I figured I would come back in and show it to the technician at the camp bowie location. Before I could do that, my phone screen cracked while safely in my front jean pocket. I can not reiterate enough that it was SAFELY SECURED in my front pocket. I had NOT dropped my phone in the week since I had gotten the "discounted" screen. I went in today to explain the situation, and he immediately became very defensive and rude. He continued to repeat the warranty rules while disregarding my questions. When I brought up the possibility that he sold me a defected screen, he said it was impossible. REALLY??? IN THE HISTORY OF APPLE PRODUCTS THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A SINGLE CASE WHERE A REFERBISHED SCREEN COULD HAVE BEEN DEFECTIVE!!! He proceeded to call me a liar to my face, and he didn't have time for me. I will never make the mistake of giving him my business again, and I highly advice to stay away from this company and specifically the camp bowie location. read more

Totally useless. The screen on my Galaxy S5 had come loose. Rather than even looking to see if it could be reseated, he would only offer a full screen replacement for a screen in perfect condition. I assume spending 5 minutes fixing my problem wasn't worth his time when he could charge $200 for a full replacement. read more
