Would I recommend this place? Nope! The guy that met me at the door, walked out and asked me to move my car when I parked in front of his business. Not only is this shop a nice vibe with gorgeous leather goods everywhere, but the service is fast and friendly! Not proud to say i've had to replace my phone screen more than once, but the quality and price can't be beat. Every time i've been in, my phone is as good as new and it's done extremely quickly! I had an excellent experience at Fort Worth iPhone Repairs. I shattered the screen of my iPhone 6S Plus and brought it in for a new screen. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The phone looks like new and has a lifetime warranty from defects. So if it ever stops working, or the screen flashes, etc I can bring it in and get a new screen. Awesome service! Called in to ask for a quote on a IPhone. A man answers, the phone and did not want to enclose their name. He said his name is "iPhone repair guy" RED flag! I'm calling to possibly give you about 200$-400$ to repair my Iphone and you can't give me a name? I want to be able to trust you with my belongings, please let me know who I need to get in contact with. 2nd Red flag, man did not want to speak and rushing me off the phone. Oh, and I forgot to mention, this man BURPS before answering the phone. should've hang up then. If I am about to give you my money, please have some respect and act like you want my business. I felt obligated to pay the higher amount because he'd already spent 5 minutes of his time doing the work WITHOUT letting me know the actual cost. I cracked iPad and went originally to cowtown iPhone repairs- they don't do iPads. Cowtown did recommend FW iPhone repairs on other side of bluebonnet circle. I went over there and Joshua was very responsive and did not take offense that I wanted to get another quote. Fixi and Fort Worth both fix iPads for same cost and for same length of time. I went with Fort Worth bc it was way closer to my house and they fixed it faster than was quoted too. And I got it back before the snow so that was BIG plus for a mom with toddlers. I'm not one to write reviews but just had to share my experience here. I shattered the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus and was looking for a decent place to get it replaced. I chose this place based on the reviews, they were all pretty positive. We came here on a Sunday with a little more than an hour left before they were to close. My boyfriend and I walked in and saw a man at the counter working on a phone. I smiled and greeted him........ complete silence. He never acknowledged me or my BF. Not a hello back, or welcome in, guy didn't even look up at us. So, I was like ookkaaay, he's working on a phone maybe he's just super focused and in the zone. Gave him the benefit of the doubt, so my boyfriend and I sat on the benches and waited, waited and continued to wait as he worked. Again we waited a good 15-20ish minutes and not a single acknowledgement during that entire time. We patiently waited for him to finish. So he finished with the client that was already there fully expecting him to finally acknowledge us and be happy to help us. He didn't. It was really awkward at this point honestly, but I really needed my phone fixed so I stayed. When he finally acknowledged us he was very short and came off almost like he was upset that we walked in. I get it sometimes people have bad days, maybe he was having one. But, we will never go back. I will happily take my business elsewhere. read more

Both the front and back of my iPhone 4s were cracked. I took it in to get the front fixed. Gentleman told me to return within 30minutes. While out I thought to myself, "might as well get the back done, too" so I called him up and let him know to do the back as well. He was really nice and didn't hesitate and told me it was actually already ready. Everything was super fast and he was very professional. I was just curious as to why the back side of the phone no longer had the apple logo after he replaced it. I'm Not a big deal but didn't catch it until after I was long gone. Fantastic service! My 10 year old broke his iPhone, and the Apple store quoted us about $200 and even then couldn't guarantee they could fix it. I took it here instead, and they popped it open, figured out which part needed to be replaced, re-bent the frame so it wasn't warped anymore, and put it all back together. 10 minutes and $30 later, I left with a very happy kid and a functional phone. read more

I went to get my phone screen fixed here after coming here for years (I have been coming here since around 2016, so 5 years). The guy helping me was a different guy than last time, which I expected since it had been 2 years since I needed my screen fixed. The guy who helped me was not the best at customer service, to say the least. He referred to another, older customer as "being a Karen" in front of me while she couldn't hear, which I found to be very rude to say about a paying customer. The screen that they put on my phone has a weird tint....it's brightness in colors isn't as good as my previous screen. But, that didn't bother me too much since I was paying a decent price to get my phone screen fixed. A few days later, WITHOUT dropping my phone or any damage having occurred, this weird black line formed going down my screen. It goes down the entirety of my screen. I immediately went back to the repair shop to see what is going on, since they have a "LCD lifetime warranty". The guy who had previously worked on my phone answered the door again & I showed him what was wrong & articulated that I had not dropped it & no damage had occurred. The guy told me it was a "pressure break" & those happen when you put your phone in your pocket or your purse....? Not really sure what all that has to do with a black line forming on my screen down my phone. He refused to help me without me paying the full price of a new screen. Safe to say, I will not be returning with that customer service & terrible quality of the screen. read more

My husband and I visited this afternoon. I was a little skeptical but needed my screen repaired. The phone was brought out to us in just a few minutes. My husband handed me the phone while he paid and as I tried to signal the guy, he kept walking. I wish I would've read the reviews before coming because the quality of brightness, camera, and images as previously mentioned in other comments are accurate. Even with a cracked screen my Face ID worked perfectly fine. After rebooting several times it is not operable as I'm receiving error messages.
