Very unprofessional, I had an appointment @ 2pm yesterday, & got a call @ 1:30 after driving one…read morehour & was told she got held up in court! So he rescheduled me for the very next day same time, I drive one hour again & there's a sign on the door that says will return @8. No courtesy call, no one answers the various phone lines that they have, I would hate to have my representative no show for a court date or procrastinate on filing paperwork,& just the whole job. I don't know what her skills are in the court room, but they failed terribly at customer service. Didn't even have the courtesy to call & reschedule. Maybe she's so busy, she doesn't need any new clients, I don't know. Just beware they are not good with scheduling.
