I closed out services with them to receive better counsel elsewhere, at the time I asked for an itemized receipt from them; I received an itemized balance showing that I had a positive balance in my IOLTA/retainer that should've been refunded to me after discontinuing services. After the terminating service they charged me the remainder of my retainer for "services" and an extra $77 fee on top of what was left in my retainer, Which I was told over the phone was to close services. Do yourself a favor, interview several different attorneys before choosing, and don't pick this firm.

I had one telephone meeting with an attorney at my request to help guide me on what to say in an upcoming meeting with one of the SSA doctors. The attorney acted detached and uninterested and was no help whatsoever. It makes me sick to think of the money this firm received for doing nothing.
