Centergy has decided to decline my checks because "don't meet our standards". They did say there are no negative notes in my file but refuse to the file to me. He sent me pictures on 6/11/15 showing that the gutters had not been cleaned. This made me very disappointed because now that was 2 ways Frank from CLC tried to take advantage of me. He charged me for a service his company did not preform. If Frank got upset because I thought he was taking advantage of me for the first issue, I can't imagine what his excuse would be for charging me for cleaning out my gutters, then not. I emailed Frank to let him know that I was disputing the charge for cleaning out my gutters. My email: "You charged me for cleaning out my gutters, yet you did not. Because of this I will dispute this charge with my credit card company. Attached is picture from my real estate agent from today." Colonial Lawn Care and Landscape Services" Overall, if you are home on a regular basis, and can babysit CLC to make sure they do what they say then they do a good job, but I do not have the time to have to watch a "professional" that closely.
