If Frank got upset because I thought he was taking advantage of me for the first issue, I can't imagine what his excuse would be for charging me for cleaning out my gutters, then not. I emailed Frank to let him know that I was disputing the charge for cleaning out my gutters. My email: "You charged me for cleaning out my gutters, yet you did not.
