We rented a unit in Nov. 24. Our monthly rent was $93.73. Then came March, 25 ( only four months…read morelater) and they raised the rent to $176.13. I thought surely this was a mistake, so we stopped by the office and they confirmed it was accurate. He said the best offer he could do was $148.32. At this point we decided we could no longer trust this facility and we moved out. Currently the new facility we rented in March has gone smoothly, basically a newer building with the same amenities. It is a shame what Extra Storage Space did at the 4536 Tamiami Trail location, however our new location is just as clean with a helpful staff. All I can say is Buyer Beware when you rent a storage unit.
