You are being warned the 5 star reviews are not all valid since this company and owner are a total scam! They take advantage of the elderly and if you notice most the of 5 star reviews are accounts that never reviewed anything else! My family had two storage units here for years and combined into one, Janet created a huge issue when my mom couldn't find the key and said we needed paperwork showing my mom had access even though she knew her for years. They said only our dad signed the contract so we provided all paperwork including the will from my dad. They stopped taking our calls and they refused the paperwork and even as we continued to pay the monthly payment they then denied the payments so they could confiscate and sell my families items and the owner and the front office lady Janet are thieves and truly horrible people. Even our lawyer said he has never seen anything like this and they ignored the certified will from our father stating my mom was the beneficiary, we sent all requested items and paperwork and they refused to accept any of it! They are auctioning off units full of peoples things for the same reason because that's the real business they are in! I'm now also reaching out to the state senators who we have contacts with because this company needs to be held accountable for stealing from the elderly! I highly suggest you do not put any of your valuables with this storage company because they will stop taking calls and put a lock on your unit even when paid in full and will take your families possessions! read more

Janet was fabulous to work with for our recent U-haul rental! She contacted me ahead of time, helped to overcome a problem with the U-haul app, and even let me change to different equipment free of charge when we realized our needs had changed AFTER picking up the 1st truck! We didn't use their self-storage, but that area seemed secure behind a gate that offers access to customers... but not bad guys. read more

This place has really taken a dive over the past few years. Recently the rat infestation has been so bad they there is excrement all over my stuff in my unit. Their place is not secure. Rats can easily crawl in from the open top inside unit and up the rain gutters. Yet they keep raising rates every couple of months like they have something worth charging these new prices. They don't. It's not thrifty and it's not clean. Stay away. Go to a facility that is secure like a hotel not a motel. read more

Checked out several other locations . Cheerful helpfull staff who had the answers to my questions. Has a staff 7 days a week.....amazing and one stop shopping here clean units, trucks/trailers and all the supplies that you need to make this a pleasant situation. read more

Just a small kind review about this storage facility. Janet the manager there is an amazing person. Very good communication. She's patient and kind but stern. But she does an absolute amazing job running this place and at this age and time u don't find alot of ppl with her integrity. Renter beware! I rented a unit for several years. I was ready to move out near the end of the month, had paid in advance. They refused to refund a penny of the rent stating I had not given them a 10 day notice. I just lost $140.00. Keep shopping. There are newer, cleaner storage facilities in the area that have better rates! read more
