One funny thing: every time I walk in, they say, "Thank you for using the Kiosk," whether I actually used it or not. It's become kind of a running joke in my mind at this point. That said, the staff is consistently helpful and genuinely nice. Whether I bring in an Amazon return or something completely unrelated, the guys working there always take care of it quickly and without any hassle. They're efficient, friendly, and make the whole process easy.

A backup address was also not accepted. I went home very discouraged. About an hour later, MBA called me at home and said they had made some changes to the delivery information and it was accepted by the shipper. I went back and it took all of about 2 minutes to drop off the documents and get the documents entered for shipping. I will definitely utilize them for shipping in the future. The salesperson as well as the estimator that came to my house said that they take great care in protecting valuable items. I also asked, and it was confirmed that my white, upholstered sofas and chairs be shrink wrapped to keep them from getting soiled. This is what happened: it was like they took my antique pieces, put them in a dump truck and dumped it into the moving truck. NO protection at all! They stacked carved mahogany chairs one on top of the other! ( see attached pic) . My white sofa cushions were tossed in the truck cab . My furniture was DESTROYED! The sofa cushions in the truck cab are filthy. Two Men and a Truck admitted fault and offered a ridulous low ball settlement. I paid TWICE the amount to Two Men and a Truck then I was quoted by another REPUTABLE moving company so that I would have a dedicated truck for my belongings only- it was a waste of money-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will ruin your furniture and not compensate you to replace. All they do is keep repeating about "policies and procedures" and refuse a fair settlement. BEWARE!

Let's be clear: I contacted him about the issue, and I even spoke with his wife--who acknowledged it and offered reimbursement. That offer was never honored. Instead, I got excuses and denial. So I did what I had to do. I disputed the charge, and the credit card company ruled in my favor and issued a partial refund. All of this over $400--which didn't even come close to covering the TV that was damaged because of his work. Instead of handling a simple problem like a professional, Gabe chose to drag this out, damage his own reputation, and lose future business. At this point, the negative reviews online speak for themselves--and I make sure to share my experience with anyone considering using him. This wasn't complicated. It just required accountability.
