It misinterprets most of what is said so you just have to call back in and say representative and when it asks for details just say no because it will misunderstand them anyway. I have fenced with their AI bot 3-4 times and can't get a call back with results. This is simple stuff, and potentially the most important part of this process. If you will put an AI bot firewall between me and access to my medical information, I will not use you as a provider. I think that expectation is more than reasonable.

I came across Dr. Nancy Astle. I went the first time, and she was a little cold and had no bedside manner, but I figured, hey, everyone deserves a second chance. A year later, I went back for a body check and a suspicious bump on my forehead. Again, she was frosty with no warmth or welcoming demeanor. I told her about my forehead and she said to use a topical treatment for 2 weeks and come back. Scared it could be cancerous, I asked if she would biopsy it and then we could treat if needed. She then proceeded to take a biopsy that has left me, 3 months later, with a large divot on my forehead!! Dr. Astle did find a mole that needed to be removed, so referred me to a local plastic surgeon for removal. When I told the nurse at the plastic surgeon about the large hole, she simply said "Dr. Astle is aggressive in her biopsies." Wha?? Had I known I would have been left with a facial scar (biopsy was negative for cancer) I would have opted for the topical treatment. When I asked her about the scar beforehand, she assured me it would be a "small white scar". Needless to say, I will never go back, and the experience has prompted me to write this review. A friend of mine asked me if I like my dermatologist, and I told her the situation and who I went to, she too, had bad experience there, as well! I cannot recommend this doctor. She really needs to consider a new profession... somewhere where her cold disposition and lack of concern for her patients' aesthetics wouldn't come into play. Avoid this practice and this doctor!!

I then got called back to the desk and asked if I checked in...YES, I did. The idiot at the desk had no recollection of me and tried to say I didn't check in because she didn't do her job. at 9:45 I was told they were trying to "work me in". Again, I had an appointment, I got there well ahead of time and was treated like my time was irrelevant. Needless to say, I walked out without ever being seen. They are incredibly unprofessional. As consumers, we have a lot of choices, please make a better choice than I did and go literally anywhere else for care.

Hi went to Cassandra Santos Establishment which specializes in advance technology when dealing with skin care procedures. This was in July through December 2021. I had some type of laser for brown spots and melasma. Also the same day .I had filler injected into my face my lips and under my eye all in one day and was told this would be OK in one setting . I have had filler in the past and I have Never experience what I experience there. When I left Cassandra not only did I get lidocaine in Eye . And was told that it was not her fault and I had to see ophthalmologist because my cornea was scratched. I was very patient and trying to wait and see if all the bruising I experienced would go away. Cassandra refused to pay half of my hundred dollar bill at the ophthalmologist. Which was a palling because I could not go to work for 10 days without wearing a mask. I had to wear a mask to cover up all the bruising from all the procedures I had in one day. I am still to this day having bluish tint under my eye from the filler that was . I was told by Cassandra that it was more my fault that this happened and you will see I never had anything like this on my face before the procedures. I tried to work with her hoping that this bluish tint under my eye will go away but I'm finding out I could be damage for years. I cannot even cover up the spot with make up. I am so Upset that Cassandra Santos operates a business and does not feel that she's accountable for anything that she cause me . I am traumatized from this experience. I've tried to reach out to her and I get to no compassion for what has happened to me. And I'm having to search around for someone that can reverse this filler and get rid of the blue tint under my eye. This is called the Tyndall effect. When it happens with somebody inject you the wrong way . I had to go through several months of bruising and embarrassment of my face. The reason I'm writing this it's because people need to know what can happen to them if you do not do your research and ask the right questions when you are receiving filler from an office that does not have a plastic surgery certified Doctor office be careful . She claims that she is a advanced master Injector. And this is what happened to me. I am only trying to get help and now I'm gonna have to pay more money for her mistake. I also received Botox in my forehead and got the droopy eye syndrome where I look very weird. I really don't see how people can stay in business and do what they did to me. I paid over $2000 and I am scared . I look aweful . I was very hopeful that Cassandra could help me and she just drop the ball. She said she injected me with free filler and that's all she can do. It's pretty much not her problem. She wouldn't even let me come in to see her when I said I had extensive bruising she told me to ice it and use Arnica and wait three weeks . What would anybody else do in this situation. I have found now that people use fancy words and make websites to look like they are very good and they have no personally before and after pictures. I am sure some people will continue to go to them because they did not have my experience every person is different and you have to know what you're dealing with when you're dealing with someone's face.
