Their pricing for our plastic white picket fence was the best back then. I have contacted them for repairs and every once in a while it takes them a bit to get out and get them done, but they do get it done. I appreciate the fact that they are able to communicate and send quotes via email and most of the process is able to be done electronically. They provided good documentation back then as to what they would do and we have been pleased with them.

We have no memory of this ever taking place. The last repair we clearly remember was when they replaced the entire motor in 2023, and everything has worked perfectly since then. So, over a year later, I get a random call at work about this invoice. Their explanation was that someone in their office had passed away, which is why the bill was never sent. Oddly enough, this is also the only job they've ever done at our property without taking completion photos. None of it adds up. The only "evidence" they can provide is GPS data showing their truck was supposedly at our house that day (and actually the address it's showing it was sitting at is an empty lot number for our subdivision). I was actually searching their number to pay the invoice -- because I hate the idea of owing anyone money -- and that's when I came across Lynn D's comment.
