This company receives a 2 star only because we reached our destination safely. Other than that, nothing was right. We were sent the considerably lower quality transit bus instead of the party bus we ordered. Driver was also late for our pickup time. When our group reached out to this company for a fix to this situation, we were offered the opposite of customer service. Thank goodness we know how to cheer up a bride and not let such errors ruin her night. We will not be using this company again mainly because they have done nothing to right this wrong. read more

We booked one of Vic's charters for our wedding to pick up guests from the hotel in Northlake to the venue and later that night bring guests back from the venue to the hotel. He was supposed to have a bus at the hotel at 4PM and leaving for the Venue at 430PM and the bus never showed up. With the wedding being at 530 and it already being 445 when some guests from the hotel called me and asked where the bus was I called VIC multiple times on the "emergency line" which he did not answer and 5-10 minutes later he finally called me back. He tried to at first tell me he didn't have anything booked until he found it on his calendar and told us that he did and that he had never done this before. I proceeded to ask him what we could do about it where he told me not much he was in South Carolina and had to find a driver. This left us scrambling for uber's along with another shuttle from the hotel in which we had to pay for in order to get the guests to the venue. The wedding went on after a slight delay and scrambling to get everyone there but as anyone can agree this is not something you want to deal with last second day of the wedding. I then told him to have a bus there for pickup. The bus arrived and the driver was very good but I can't say the same for Vic on that day or following days. After refunding us 300$ and agreeing to refund the other 200$ and saying he doesn't care anymore we are still waiting for the 200$ refund for the down payment at least two weeks later. He will no longer answer the phone which has made it a major pain to deal with. I will be filing a BBB complaint soon if no response due to showing no respect and not returning calls or doing as he told us he would. It was a mistake and they happen but when agreeing to refund money it is something that you respectfully live up to when you give your word. read more

A group of us rented this party bus for two birthdays. They were RUDE and unprofessional. They continued to cuss us out the whole right. He did not know how to even get to the Epicenter from the Southpark area.. I would not recommend this bus to anyone. I cannot believe we paid money for this experience. He made four girls get out on the side of a busy road because we only had ten minutes left until his time was up. We had multiple people recording the driver and his rants because it was so unbelievable. I am surprised that he still is allowed to drive. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We booked a $400 black party bus for an after-wedding party ride to Uptown Charlotte. Needless to say, we expected to receive what we paid for. Unfortunately Charlotte Party Charters did NOT deliver. The bus was thirty minutes late to the wedding venue AND it was not even the correct bus that was booked. Charlotte Party Charters sent the transit bus (their lowest grade bus) that does not even have a music system, much less comfortable seats and an area made for entertainment. This bus costs HALF of what was paid, and we have yet to receive our money back for such a gross error. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and send something completely opposite of what you paid for/booked. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! I got married this past Saturday (October 18th, 2014). Several months prior to my wedding, I booked the black party bus to shuttle me and my wedding guests to uptown Charlotte after my reception. I SPECIFICALLY BOOKED THE BLACK PARTY BUS AND PAID DOUBLE THE COST ($400) OF MOST OF THE OTHER BUSES (they average $200) BECAUSE OF THE AMENITIES PROVIDED. The man who took my initial deposit of $200 to reserve the BLACK PARTY BUS, Michael, was very helpful and accommodating. I paid the other $200 I owed closer to the time of my wedding, and, to my knowledge, we were all set to ride the BLACK PARTY BUS to uptown after my wedding reception. TO MY ULTIMATE DISAPPOINTMENT, the bus that arrived THIRTY-FIVE MINUTES LATE to pick us up was NOT THE PARTY BUS THIS "COMPANY" AGREED TO SEND. The bus that arrived late for pick-up after my wedding reception did not have ANY OF THE AMENITIES that I paid double to receive on the black party bus. As though a BRIDE needs any more stress on her wedding day, I had to deal with a bus that barely held 20 people, let alone the 55 guests that would have fit comfortably on the black party bus. DOZENS OF MY CLOSEST FRIENDS HAD TO STAND UP THE WHOLE WAY FROM YORK TO UPTOWN CHARLOTTE BECAUSE THIS "COMPANY" FAILED TO SEND THE BUS THAT WAS AGREED UPON; THE BUS WE PAID DOUBLE FOR ($400)!!!!! Needless to say, the ride was cramped. The decommissioned public transit bus that was sent did NOT have music, lights, or the perimeter seating that I was promised when I paid the initial deposit and entered into this agreement with this "company." When one of my best friends called to speak with the "owner" of this "company" about their blatant disregard for customer agreements, Vic, the man who claims to "own" this "company" lied about every aspect of the agreement and then proceeded to end his rant with expletives directed at my dear friend. Considering all of the hassle, the utter lack of customer service (not to mention human decency), and the extremely criminal actions taken by this so-called company, we deserve our money to be paid back in full. Please do not use this "company" for your transportation needs. Do not put yourself through this layer of hell for any event, especially your own wedding. Trust me, it will put a damper on the most important night of your life. read more

Where to begin? Okay well two of my best friends got married this past weekend (10/18), we had reserved a party bus from this company months in advance...and when you think of party bus, you would assume a fun atmosphere with your closest friends, right? Not the case here. The bus was over half an hour late and I thought it was a joke when this "party bus" pulled up. What we got instead was a decommissioned CAT bus from the city of Charlotte. No air conditioning, no music, no room for all of our friends...NO PARTY! Since this was her wedding, everyone tried to make the best of it, but the rest of the night was pretty much behind schedule from that point on and ultimately the group suffered because of this company's mistake. You couldn't pay me to use this company again. The bus driver tried to be accommodating (obviously not her fault). Whoever owns this company should be investigated by the police or the BBB. Unprofessional!! We ordered a party bus from Charlotte Party Charters to pick us up from my best friend's wedding. Not only was the bus very late picking us up, they also showed up in the wrong bus! We ordered a $400 party bus complete with music and perimeter seating. We received a $200 city shuttle that did not even have a radio! The driver told us that there was nothing she could do (understandable because it was not her fault), but that we could call the company the next day to resolve the problem. We called them directly to handle the situation and they could not have been more rude about it. They are refusing to give our money back and even cussed at one of my other friends before promptly hanging up on him. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a party bus and I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere! read more

This was THE WORST customer service I have had in a long time. Basically, we rented a "party bus" for a wedding event on 10/18/2014 as their website states from their Fleet and the bus we received was NOT even close to what we discussed...and the bus was 30-40 mins late. The air was broken and the radio did not work. A response from them stated they knew the bus we ordered was not in commission but sent an auctioned public transit bus instead. I called the company (10/20/2014) and spoke to Vic, the owner who was very rude, unhelpful, and unempathetic to the situation that he knew about. He did not want to compensate for our troubles only to offer "discounted rates off future bookings" and when I told him that he should be sorry his reply was "FUCK YOU" and transferred me back to a reservation guy. ***PLEASE RECONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY- YOU CAN FIND OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE**** FUCK YOU, VIC. read more
