Because the experience did not meet the advertised "enjoy a relaxing ride with SC Shuttle services" I reached out to the owner/manager requesting a partial refund because though I did get to my destination but it was very uncomfortable. Rather than respond to my inquiry proactively the managed/owner waited for me to call and then argued that the AC worked fine despite the driver having told him about the AC issue too (which he admitted to in our phone conversation). He was not in the vehicle so he wouldn't know. He said he would not be willing to even consider a refund based on my experience. I consider myself a reasonable person and was disappointed with this outcome. An Uber or Lyft would have been a better and more comfortable option .
