I dropped my pets off at 730 am and spoke with the groomer about specifics for my 4 yr old shorkie and my 15 week old shorkie. I explained several times what I would like. She took notes and I left. I arrived promptly when they called for pickup. When I seen my pets I was astonished by how they looked. Both pets hair was completely shaved. We discussed them both being trimmed with a teddy bear cut around the face. Neither of which had. I was so upset. I tried speaking with the groomer about how upset I was and she walked off when she saw I wasn't happy. Her response was it will grow back. $164 was my bill for 2 grooming fees. I will never go back to this place.
