There was no prior notification. To make matters even worse as a handicapped person it requires a lot of extra effort to make the appointment. The new owners of the practice are Dentists and not very client oriented. It's ridiculous. The people on the phone are kind enough, but this whole "corporate dentist" bureaucracy is not for me.
