We received the shirts and immediately noticed that the graphics on many of them were crooked or off-center, some of the shirts were also discolored and stained. Our hat order was over 1 month late and the Embroidery is sloppy. There was several discrepancies between the quote and the final invoice, and as a side note; the YELP page says the company in located in my home town, but I later find out that the company is not in Stuart as listed on their Yelp page, they are 30 minutes away in Port St. Lucie (I was trying to do business locally). I did manage to negotiate a credit for some of the shirts. In the end, the whole thing was a cluster and very taxing emotionally. Hands down the worst screen printing & embroidery experience we have ever had.

Upon realizing that one of the parents shirts was missed, he then went back to the office (at 7pm on a Friday) to ensure all parents were ready to cheer the following morning.
