When we walked in she had a big smile and greeted us. She took our measurements and smiled the entire time doing it. She also gave us other parts to our uniform. I'm very hard to dress for because I'm built like sponge bob square pants. She helped me with all my issues and gave me twice sizes up to fit me better. When I dropped it off she again said $13.50 with no other fee mentioned. I finally texted asking for a receipt for the shirt I dropped off and low and behold it was $13.50 PLUS $25 setup fee that was never mentioned. I told her I would pick up but she said they were closed for the weekend (invoice sent at 4:02 after closing) and I would need to wait until Monday. She then texted the owner took it and it was at another store and I now couldn't get until Tuesday. I asked her which store and she changed and said it's in his car. All of this for a shirt. I requested they waive the setup fee as I had to be out waiting for the shirt from Friday until Tuesday but of course that was not accommodated. She claimed she was the manager when I asked for manager contact info despite the website clearly showing she is not. Poor customer experience and service and understatement.

Today there were 4 customers in front of me, with 2 cashiers and 3 self checkouts. I went to the open self checkout and was told it's not open. I waited for the next self checkout and it told me to wait for assistance. Eventually one of the cashiers came over and told me to wait for the machine. It finally finished but without the promised discount. All this was to purchase one tube of acrylic paint! There are several other stores in my area (Port St Lucie FL). Why should I buy from you instead of them?
