Dr. Chu follows up my physical exams with a mailed copy of my lab report, marked in his own hand and accompanied by a detailed letter of findings and recommendations. Many longer term patients have left as result of this new practice by the front office. I and others I have referred in addition to the friend who referred me have left messages for the nurse/doctor and there has not been one call back or response for any of us. Next, she orders a home health colon cancer screen. That would be fine, but this patient HAS to have colonoscopies due to family history! This after trying to readjust medication that was working as necessary and causing frequent calls to straighten it out.
