I happen to be a physician's wife and although that doesn't warrant special treatment, they do know that I know the medical field bc I manage a medical practice. I was treated w/a med by him I'm allergic to 5 min after telling him. Terrible bedside manner as well as physician!!! I've now had surgery for a complete tear of my rotator cuff by Dr. Christian and I could NOT HAVE BEEN MORE MISERABLE!!! Do NOT GO THERE!!! It was a living hell the entire recovery process!!! If I could do it all over again I would definitely choose someone less arrogant, pompous and more sympathetic to my pain and suffering!!!

This knee was dislocated last year so the Dr. Should have been aware of my history. I came in with blood pressure 158/91. I asked if it may be due to poor circulation in that knee but they told me to wait to hear from the Dr. First, he tried to tell me my dislocation happened to my right knee based off their reports. The reports were incorrect. It was my left. They only did an x-ray... that only gets the skeletal... not tissue, possible blood clots, etc. He doesn't see anything wrong he just felt it was inflammation. He recommended two things that will make my blood pressure highER. I asked him which is best because my BP was high already. He responded as if he didn't read any of my vitals before coming in. Needless to say, I'm in the ER . Great front desk. Not so sure about the Doctors. I hope they realize that you think you can have people constantly coming to you that invoice/income doing patch work... not me... if I'm not confident in your practice, I'm gone.

Consequently, there is a lot of ineptitude among those whom they have hired, negatively affecting patient care and clerical accuracy. Diversity is fine at Walmart. Not in medical facilities!

My surgeon's office called and asked if I minded switching to St. Francis because he had another case that required that facility. Of course I said yes and I'm thrilled I did! SFSC was awesome! Their receptionist was super nice, my pre-op nurse, Brad, was also awesome. Nice, personable, and professional. I had my shoulder worked on which required a block by an anesthesiologist. I don't remember his name but I think he was Indian. He was stupendous. He was kind and explained everything he did BEFORE he started. My block was predicted to last 12-18 hours and it lasted approximately 18.5! My first 24 hours post-op was completely pain free! Thanks doc! The post-op recovery nurse was also super kind and professional. The facility was clean and very comfortable. Given the choice I would choose SFSC AGAIN!

The drive is definitely long, and at times painful along with uncomfortable due to my conditions. I've had other issues that were not within her field and recommended me to colleagues who were outstanding. Dr Wolfe was outstanding regarding my knee issue. Dr Saenz did an outstanding surgery on the wrist I broke. This establishment from the time you walk through the door, escorted to the doctor, seeing the doctor, getting X-ray, and checking out is extremely pleasant. The wait time very minimal from the waiting room to seeing the doctor. Since my time with this establishment I've never been under their roof over an hour...! The physician Dr. Reiley Jones had AMAZING bedside manner! Despite my mother being in pain she was able to laugh. After her diagnosis she was treated. I'm a NP in the process of learning joint injections and he took the time to show me his technique and explain the process as he injected my mother. With the exam, X-ray, and treatment, we were out by 9:55.

He put a screw that was too big to be where it was and it hit my bone with every step. My bone healed short and he never told me even though we found out later it was in my records. Surgery should have been done to fix it but he released me instead. I had to have another surgery done by a different surgery to fix his screw up. Id give zero stars if I could
