They were a pleasure to work with on the day of--organized, fun, unobtrusive, and put at ease. We're really picky about photos and video, and dislike most of the ones we see from other weddings, which often feel a bit overwrought and 'wedding'-y. BOM documented the wedding exactly to our tastes: down-to-earth, extremely well composed, and captured the day beautifully. They also did lovely posed Korean-style couple photos in addition, which was important to us. Adam, the videographer, put together a wonderful video that was also exactly what we were looking for (both a short trailer-style and a longer one, about an hour and a quarter). It similarly felt like a very natural and satisfying document of our wedding. He was also extremely patient and spent a long time working with us, accommodating our feedback to get the video exactly to our preferences. I doubt we could have found either photos or videos better from anywhere else, even booking them separately, and the package together from BOM was a great deal. Could not recommend more highly.

He arrived at my parents' home early - before schedule. He took family and bridesmaid photos. He took photos at the church and organized the families to get in pictures. At the venue, he took tons of photos and never seemed to get a break. He does this all the time but he made me feel special. We had a dress malfunction and Paul bustled my dress! I was fortunate enough to work with Chris during the planning phase, and there were a lot of emails and questions I had which he answered with patience and clarity. He really worked with us on pricing, and we found Mint to be the best option for us for more reasons than one. When we finally met Chris on our wedding day, he was really calm and easygoing and he worked unobtrusively alongside our photographer. He was there to capture all the special and important moments and paid great attention to detail. Most of the time, I didn't even realize he was there so it surprised me when we got our draft videos back within a few short weeks after our event, and saw how close he got during all the important and critical moments of the day. Overall, we are truly pleased with our experience with Mint and we think Chris is very professional and approachable, which are two of the best traits to find in a wedding cinematographer. I'm so glad we decided to hire Johan to film our wedding ceremony! We weren't planning to have a…read morevideographer but at the last minute (about two weeks before the big day) we had a change of heart. I was anxious that it would be to late to find someone who could do justice to the occasion, and to make things more difficult we were on a very tight budget. Johan was very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with from the get-go. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and really cared about delivering something we would cherish. On our big day he went above and beyond when our plan to capture the sound from our officiant's lav mic didn't go as planned and our vows didn't come through clearly. We only had booked him for an hour to film the ceremony as we were on a tight budget, but he offered to stay and re-record our vows, which I'm so glad we did - he did a ton of extra editing work to meticulously dub the sound over and even added some beautiful and tasteful artistic touches like adding our recessional song to the end which was a really thoughtful addition. Given that we had originally asked him to only deliver raw footage, he definitely went above and beyond (and never asked for a penny more than the original quote)!! Jamal instead, told us that he was sending half of our money back (I have not received that yet) and that the other half would not be credited towards another date. He then ignored my calls, texts, and emails asking why he was stealing the rest of our money without providing service. We are extremely disappointed in not only the lack of professionalism, but also the lack of moral decency that this company has. STAY AWAY.
