Took a MS 180 Stihl saw in for throttle adjustment. Got it…read moreback when promised. When I started it up the idle was high when I went to adjust it the screwdriver hit the casing instead of going into the screw hole to the screw. Heres the problem..... why wouldn't they take a second to set the adjustment I know they started it to test the new throttle linkage they installed. I believe they tried but couldn't get to the screw so they just didn't do anything. If they gave a shit they could have called and told me the problem I would have said "fix it". But instead they do nothing. Makes me wonder what else they over look so they only have to do the least amount of work possible.
