The outside is all rundown, the parking lot has crap everywhere, not to mention the meth heads roaming around. I did not feel safe staying there.

Horrible motel, DO NOT GO HERE. I killed 5 cockroaches in my room, the outside of the building…read morelooks horrendous with trash and broken pavement everywhere, there was no "privacy please" sign for the maid service, there was NO FREE BREAKFAST even though it was advertised as one of the two amenities of the room, there were cigarette burns all over the bedsheets, and the water fountain nearby was completely beat-up and non-functioning (even if it was functioning, there was no way I was drinking anything from that faucet). Also, one of the front desk employees was walking around COMPLETELY BAREFOOT. Now, if this was classified as a "motel" and the price was $40-$50/night, I wouldn't have been anywhere near as upset, but Hotels.com classified this place as a "hotel" and they charged almost $100/night for booking a month in advance! For $100/night, I'm expecting bedsheets without cigarette burns in them at the very least! Next time, I'm gonna pay the $180/night for a nice Marriott room instead of this. At least with Marriott, I'll get some good quality accommodation. I'm never staying at a Days Inn again!

I would not stay in this hotel again. The elevator was scummy - looked like it hadn't been cleaned…read moreforever. The ice machine on the third floor did not work. I went down to counter and they told me just go to a different floor. I saw no vending machines in the building. I always rent a room where there is a swimming pool, but no pool. It was completely drained. There were people in the back of building where pool was playing in the dirt by the building. (Not exactly sure what they were doing) There was no cleaning of room - not even the trash. The shampoo and conditioner containers were completely empty. My daughter and I stayed there for 2 nights at a cost of $315. I would recommend staying anywhere but here. They really shouldn't advertise amenities they don't have.

Signed said call zero, but 15 minutes later someone finally showed up. The man finally checked me into room 220! I went to the room, the hallway was like 120 degrees and dirty!!! Found my room, the door was wide open!! The room looked used!!! I sent my son into the bathroom just to see if someone was there! No one was there!! The room was messy and I really think they rented me a USED room. I called front desk, NO ANSWER!! I was exhausted from traveling and my son was there to play ball for the Greeneville Flyboys No cold water, so our showering options was hot shower, extremely hot shower, or the Devils Shower...it was skin burning hot!! Had to keep turning it off, to continue showering. I turned AC to 65 but room never went below 73. The room was so horrible!!! Hot and dirty!! I told the desk clerk when I checked out, she said she would have someone contact me, but three days later....NOTHING!!! I would like compensated for this stay!! This was horrible!!

The rooms aren't bad at all. The bed is comfy. I mean like all hotels it could use updating…read more They're not doing breakfast right now but there are Door Dash options. However, the pool is sorely lacking. If you're a larger person, the chairs aren't really stable enough. They're the cheap Dollar General chairs. I stacked two together and was able to balance myself fairly comfortably but there is no soaking up the sun. Also, there is only a ladder into the pool. They have a pool lift but who actually wants to use that. Having gradual stairs that someone who doesn't want to be in the water all the way or can't use the ladder would be more accessible for the disabled. I came back to edit my review. 2 stars. Cable doesn't work. The wifi is terrible. I'm better off using phone data. We asked about the cable and they blamed Comcast without even looking at the box.

Hotel review: 1/5…read more The line was out the door for check in. Though we had pre-booked our stay, it took about 30-40 minutes for us to get checked in. When we got to our room, there were no bath towels. We went back and asked for some, and they said they would bring them. We called the office about two and a half hours later, as they still hadn't brought them. The lady said she was cleaning the pool and would bring them afterward. She never did. When we got ready to go to bed, we realized that the second bed had no comforter. We went back to the office and no one was there, though the sign said that the check-in is monitored 24 hours a day.. We called and someone picked up and hung up. We called again and no one answered. So we had to sleep with just the sheet. We went back up again this morning to tell them we still had no towels or comforter. They gave us pool towels, as they were out of bath towels. They brought us the comforter an hour later. It was unwashed and had lipstick stains on it. We asked for a different one, which they said they would bring for our second night. Six hours later, we still haven't received it. The shower curtain has mildew stains on it, and the pull thing to start the shower is broken, so only a small trickle comes out of the shower head. The security door on the side of the building is propped open 24/7 and will not shut. Room 303 and the rest of the property really need some attention. The website said that they have a continental breakfast, but this morning the gal at the front desk said they do not serve breakfast. You should update your website to say no continental breakfast, and to say that your front desk is NOT monitored 24 hours a day, because no one was there from 9pm to 6 am. Also update it to say no wi-fi. We will NOT be staying in the Greeneville Econolodge next time we are in town.
