For 2 years I have been using some other soft play and other rentals, I came across bubbly bay rental through social media and loved all their pictures. I imagined my kid's birthday to be set up that way and Bubbly Bay made it happen. Romick was always prompt, like say 30 mins tops, to respond to my queries. I rented soft play, the bubble center, bumper cars, kids chair and table. They added some other yard games for free as well so that was quite nice as it kept not just the kids but also the grown ups entertained. They are really dedicated to provide the best and I was quite surprised that they are just starting up because their conception and execution were amazing. Set up on time, good layout, colorful and new stuff, well maintained and Kids Loved it! I am surely going to bring them on again for my next time.

They actually started a verbal argument with each other in front of the students on campus! The verbal altercation escalated into an actual fiscal fight between the two Bros. So much so that the school is now offering counseling to any students who were affected by their actions! Unfortunately these boys do not know how to conduct business in a professional manner and should be ashamed of themselves! I absolutely would not recommend them for your party options! Zero stars were not an option and they definitely do not deserve the one star they got now!

They told me they were going to mail a refund check to me for my deposit. I have NEVER received a check in the mail and they have ignored my calls and messages ever since!
