They made my event, magical! So ofcourse I had to pick up my Yelp and send this review across, so everybody else gets their kids this special. For 2 years I have been using some other soft play and other rentals, I came across bubbly bay rental through social media and loved all their pictures. I imagined my kid's birthday to be set up that way and Bubbly Bay made it happen. Romick was always prompt, like say 30 mins tops, to respond to my queries. I rented soft play, the bubble center, bumper cars, kids chair and table. They added some other yard games for free as well so that was quite nice as it kept not just the kids but also the grown ups entertained. They are really dedicated to provide the best and I was quite surprised that they are just starting up because their conception and execution were amazing. It's a late review, we had a party for my little one who turned 1. This is the best fit for his age. They came early to set up and the bubble is nice and clean. It was a hit in the park!!! Hiring the hours here, Romnic was very conscious about the kids in and around the bubble, which was super helpful for the parents enjoy the party a bit. We booked Bubble Bay Rental for my sons first birthday party. They were great communicators, came on time and picked up when they said. They did the cutest decal and balloons. We picked their jumper with the slide and ball pit. Everyone raved about it. My son loved the ball pit. All the kids were playing until they couldn't. We rented a bubble house for my daughter's first birthday. The kids loved it, especially the birthday girl. They were super communicative leading up to the event and very punctual on the day of (arrived earlier than I did to the venue!) They helped the kids getting in and out of the bubble house and even took some photos for us as they played inside. This was our first experience with a bubble house, as well as most of our guests--other parents raved about how unique it was, and a nice change from the usual jumper.
